Privacy Policy

AllToools is built around free online file tools. This policy explains what data we collect, how file processing works, and how infrastructure providers may handle basic request data.

The short version

Most AllToools tools are designed for quick file work with no account required. Active tools keep the workflow direct and clearly explain what is needed before you start.

  • No account is required to use the tools.
  • File handling is kept transparent while the page is open.
  • Coming soon tools may require server-side processing and will be clearly marked before launch.

File processing

When you select a file for an active tool, the page uses that file to complete the requested action. For example, image resizing and many PDF operations can run with client-side libraries.

If a future tool requires an upload, external API, database, or server-side processing, the page should clearly explain that behavior before the tool becomes active.

Information we collect

AllToools does not require registration for the public tools. We do not ask for your name, email address, password, or billing details to use the free tools.

  • No user account is needed.
  • No payment information is requested for free tools.
  • Search terms and selected files are not used to create a user profile.

Infrastructure and logs

AllToools may be hosted through infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare. Those providers can process standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, security events, and performance information, to deliver and protect the site.

Local storage

Some interface preferences, such as theme choice, may be stored in your browser local storage so the site can remember how you prefer to view it. This information stays in your browser unless you clear it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when tools, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The latest update date appears near the top of this page.
